Ultimate GG is looking for a Creator - a person whose ideas will form the basis of our best projects.

If you can generate ideas, think up advertising campaigns, layout sales presentations, this job is for you! And if you also know about esports, even more so!

Requirements

  • Development of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Assembling and designing presentations.
  • Solving creative problems on projects (including on set).
  • Working with writers/editors during the realization of projects.
  • Organizing and participating in creative brainstorms, ideas management in the company.
  • Communicating with studio, SMM, design and other departments on creative tasks.
  • Solving internal creative tasks, working with the Ultimate GG brand.
  • Preparing company cases for submission for awards.
  • Working with a copywriter.

Requirements

  • Experience in creative positions from 1.5 years.
  • Broad horizon in Russian and international media cases in esports, gaming and streaming.
  • High presentation gathering skills, knowledge of the fundamental principles of proper slide design and advanced skills in putting together sales presentations.
  • Having a passion for influencer marketing, esports and streaming, an interest in current events and cases in the industries.
  • Knowledge of the specifics of Twitch, the functions of the site, the peculiarities of streaming on Twitch and the interests of the audience of the site.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours during certain company projects.
  • Ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Notion and their analogs.
  • English at least B2 is welcome; knowledge of other languages is encouraged.
  • Availability of own laptop/PC for work.
  • Readiness for international business trips.
  • Availability of 2 passports (in case of their absence - independent obtaining during the probation period).
  • Physical presence in Moscow, Dubai or Belgrade is welcome.

Terms and conditions

Competitive salary, individually negotiated based on experience and skills.
Work schedule 5/2 from 10AM to 19PM Moscow time with discussed changes. Remote work with occasional appearance in the office as agreed.
28 vacation days per year, plus public holidays (subject to shift).
