The HR Director's tasks include hiring and related processes, handling HR requests from top-management and employees, organizing HR events within the company at the intersection of esports, gaming and streaming. Requirements
Creation, implementation and development of HR strategy in accordance with business goals, building HR processes of the company.
Search for English and Russian-speaking employees for managerial, creative and technical positions in three regions: MENA (UAE), Eastern Europe (Serbia), Russia.
Hiring: vacancy creation, recruiting/hunting, maintaining the hiring database, interviewing, writing and reviewing test tasks, onboarding of employees.
Intercorporate informing of employees about news and processes in the company.
People management: dismissals, team tensions management, employee grievances against managers, employee’ self-development, maintaining corporate culture.
HR management: salaries, working conditions, motivation, happiness-management.
Development and realization of HR events of the company (corporate events, professional development courses, stratsessions, etc).

Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR of a growing / developing business.
Knowledge of people working specifics in marketing, influencer marketing, videography, broadcasting and design.
Knowledge of esports, gaming and streaming industries.
Readiness to work with a team of 50 people.
Ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Notion and their analogs.
Russian language not lower than C1, fluent conversational Russian.
English not lower than B2, fluent spoken English; knowledge of other languages is welcome.
Work from the office at m. Belorusskaya (Moscow, Russia).
Have your own laptop for work.
Terms and conditions
Competitive salary, individually negotiated based on experience and skills.
Work schedule based on task completion, with a minimum of 8 hours per day.
28 vacation days per year, plus public holidays (subject to shift).
