Responsibilities
- Conduct legal examinations of various types of civil-law contracts (service provision, contracting/supply, licensing, etc.) both in Russia and internationally (EMEA).
- Provide legal support for the company's esports activities (contracts with players, esports organizations, advertisers, etc.).
- Legal support for the company's marketing and advertising activities - coordinating service provision contracts with direct advertisers and major advertising agencies.
- Data provision to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Working within the advertising labeling law.
- Evaluating advertising materials for compliance with current advertising legislation.
- Preparing and reviewing rules for promotional events.
- Consulting on intellectual property rights (copyright), advertising legislation, and more.

Requirements
- Higher legal education.
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
- English language proficiency not lower than upper-intermediate level (B2), including knowledge of legal terminology.
- Confident knowledge of Part 4 of the Civil Code, contract law, advertising legislation, and personal data legislation.
- Familiarity with the Twitch platform's operations.
Work Conditions
Office in Moscow, 15 minutes from Belorusskaya metro station.
Full-time, 5/2 schedule (with the possibility of partial remote work by agreement).
