Lead Project Manager

Ultimate GG is seeking a Lead Project Manager – a person who will take the helm of projects in the esports, streaming, and gaming sectors.

The responsibilities of the Lead Project Manager include managing the full project lifecycle: from organizing the work on the concept, budget, and assembly of the project to its implementation, including client communication, team coordination, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Requirements

  • Manage company projects across Russia, Serbia, the UAE, and other countries. Oversee all aspects from initiation to completion, including client communication and coordination of implementation stages.
  • Preparation and presentation of project proposals to clients globally.
  • Lead the project team effectively. Enhance processes and department interactions to optimize task performance and quality.
  • Sourcing contractors and managing relations, including negotiations and document signings.
  • Developing project budgets, monitoring adherence, and optimizing expenses.
  • Actively participating in the company's development through non-project tasks aimed at enhancing its efficiency and market reputation.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, leading project teams, budgeting, creating presentations, and client communication.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, esports, and streaming, with keen interest in industry trends and cases.
  • Knowledge of Twitch specifics, platform functionalities, streaming nuances, and audience interests.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours during specific company projects.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and their equivalents; ability to create compelling presentations.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Must have your own laptop for work.
  • Willingness for international travel.
  • Possession of two passports (if not available, the expectation to obtain them during the probation period).
  • Preferred candidates to be based in Moscow, Dubai, or Belgrade.

Terms and conditions

Competitive salary, individually negotiated based on experience and skills.
Work schedule based on task completion, with no less than 8 hours per day.
28 vacation days per year, plus public holidays (subject to shift).
