Requirements
- Manage company projects across Russia and globally as directed by leadership, including onsite project execution.
- Actively contribute to the company's development through non-project tasks aimed at improving operational efficiency and market reputation.
- Lead contractor management and project duty blocks as established by leadership, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract signing.
- Work on field projects that require physical presence.

Requirements
- Passion for influencer marketing, esports, and streaming, with keen interest in current industry events and cases.
- Knowledge of Twitch specifics, platform functionalities, streaming nuances, and audience interests.
- Willingness to work irregular hours during specific company projects.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and their equivalents; ability to create compelling presentations.
- English proficiency at a minimum of B1 level; additional language skills are a plus.
- Must have your own laptop for work.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Possession of two passports (or the ability to obtain them during the probation period).
- Preferred candidates to be based in Moscow, Dubai, or Belgrade.
Terms and conditions
Competitive salary, individually negotiated based on experience and skills.
Work schedule based on task completion, with no less than 8 hours per day.
28 vacation days per year, plus public holidays (subject to shift).
