Deputy Head of Post-Production (Belgrade, Serbia)

Ultimate GG is seeking a Deputy Head of Post-Production, an individual who will become the right-hand person in managing the processes of the company's fastest-growing department.

The responsibilities of the Deputy Head of Post-Production include assisting in the management of the company, organizing departmental work on external projects, recruiting freelancers and department staff, streamlining the department's operational activities, communicating with other company departments, ensuring the department's media presence, and more. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the department, covering both onsite and external project operations.
  • Recruit freelancers and staff to meet the regular and project-specific needs of the department.
  • Drive the operational activities of the department, ensuring seamless workflow and communication with other company divisions.
  • Oversee the development of the department’s brand, media presence, and image, assigning tasks to design and SMM teams.
  • Support department heads in operational management and coordinate with other departments to set and receive tasks.
  • Organize content production related to department projects.

Requirements

  • Preferred candidates to be based in Belgrade.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production.
  • Passion for esports and streaming, with keen interest in industry trends and cases.
  • Willingness to work an irregular schedule during specific company projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Notion, and their equivalents.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must have your own laptop for work.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Possession of two passports (or the ability to obtain them during the probation period).

Terms and conditions

Competitive salary, individually negotiated based on experience and skills.
Work schedule based on task completion, with no less than 8 hours per day.
28 vacation days per year, plus public holidays (subject to shift).
