Studio General Manager
(Dubai, UAE)

Ultimate GG is seeking a General Manager for our studio in Dubai – an individual who will drive the business development of the studio, its staff, and other capabilities.

The responsibilities of the General Manager include developing and implementing the studio's growth plan, budget planning, organizing the operations of the studio's facilities, equipment, and staff in collaboration with the CTO, driving the studio's business development (sales and promotion), managing the creative and technical staff, and more. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the studio's growth plan.
  • Manage the studio's budget planning and organizational operations.
  • Oversee the functioning of studio space, equipment, and personnel, coordinating with the CTO.
  • Drive the studio's business development through sales and promotion.
  • Manage creative and technical staff operations.
  • Represent the studio at PR events, including conferences and awards.
  • Organize the hiring and procurement of project-based freelancers.
  • Coordinate the studio's operations on external projects.

Requirements

  • Physical presence in Dubai, UAE, or willingness to relocate with conditions discussed additionally.
  • At least 3 years of experience in broadcasting and managing teams of up to 15 people.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, esports, and streaming, with a keen interest in industry trends and cases.
  • Knowledge of platform specifics such as Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook, including streaming features and audience interests.
  • Ability to work an irregular schedule during certain company projects.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Notion, and their equivalents; ability to create compelling presentations.
  • English proficiency at least at B2 level; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Must have your own laptop for work.
  • Willingness for international travel.
  • Possession of two passports (or the ability to obtain them during the probation period).

Terms and Conditions

Competitive salary, individually negotiated based on experience and skills.
Work schedule based on task completion, with no less than 8 hours per day.
28 vacation days per year, plus public holidays (subject to shift).
