What is to be done

Create intuitive interfaces;
Rationalize design decisions and present them to the team/clients together with the manager;
Optimize and improve UI/UX of existing site pages;
Participate in the development of creative concepts;
Design presentations, newsletters, promotional materials, banners;

2 year experience as a web designer;
Portfolio is obligatory;
Knowledge of Tilda mechanics and features, experience with the platform;
Confident knowledge of: Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, PowerPoint, understanding the basics of UI/UX;
Ability to prototype, prepare TOR and work according to TOR;
Good observation ability, trend racking;
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
Sense of style, creative taste and desire to develop professionally;
Understanding of code fundamentals would be an advantage;
